At Velour Garments, we strive for perfection in every piece, but we understand if your order isn't quite right. We offer a 14-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original Velour Garments packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
